Great apartments, close to everything on Moody Street and everything fun in downtown Waltham!! Cronin’s Landing is a top notch facility: well kept, quiet, but yet convenient to all the best eats outside of Boston and shopping on Moody. Close enough to walk to everything in town, and convenient for commuter trains/bus lines, if that is needed. Management is superb- we worked with Melanie and she is fabulous, she seemed to know exactly what to recommend and what we were looking for. They seem to care about your buying/living experience, which is too rare these days. Can’t say enough great things about Cronin’s Landing and Melanie!
I recently started renting in this place. The move-in experience was quite pleasant. There are two staff members here, Melanie, who are exceptionally kind and professional. They always make an extra effort to assist, and their constant smiles and eagerness to help truly make a positive impact. So far, everything is looking good, with the river view and wooden floors being particularly appealing. Very good service!
I toured with Jayna at Cronin’s a couple weeks ago and I really loved the property. The tour was great, Jayna answered all my questions and she was super friendly. She was very informative and listed the pros of living here without sounding pushy. I am looking forward to applying in the summer as I am super early into my apartment search still.

We had some kitchen under sink leakage, and as soon as I put request, Petyo showed up. He is super nice person, and an amazing handyman. The problem was diagnosed and fixed in no time. He also showed how to look for tripped electrical outlets, find defects with appliances etc. Overall an amazing personality, and super professional. Would always recommend him!
So far so good! The staff here has been excellent in helping me get acquainted and learn the system here. Everything is in working order and the facility is well maintained.
I just rented here. Move in was really nice. 2 ladies who work here are very nice person. Melanie and Melissa are both nice, professional and go out of their way to help you. They always talk to you with a smile and eger to help. It makes a difference. So far so 👍, river view and wood floor are nice, few minor things to improve which they are working on.
